Alicia du Bois is a woman living in late 14th Century England. She grew up the daughter of a very prosperous wool merchant and was lucky enough to be taught to read and write. When she married, her Flemish husband took over the family business which often took him away from the family, traveling for work while Alicia managed the wool-producing estates. Regretfully, he was lost at sea a few years ago and she is now a widow. She has two children, Elizabeth (Bee) and Jamie. She enjoys a comfortable life as a minor noble and sometime court retainer. She has served as Royal Scribe for Havordh and Mary Grace and for Styrkarr II and Stjarna II. Her particular passion is lettering (calligraphy) and she loves to teach others how to make beautiful letters. She is also an accomplished seamstress, embroiderer, and loves to dance. She currently resides in the Barony of Madrone.

Calligraphy for the Ducal scrolls presented to Styrkarr II and Stjarna II July 2017
Created a geographically distributed distribution system to optimize charter printing and distribution across the Kingdom which empowers select local scribes (distribution deputies) to print charters on demand for painting by local artists. This saves significant time and money reduces paper waste, and cuts shipping costs down to almost nothing.
