Archers rankings are based on their best three scores in each category.

In the SCA we shoot Royal Rounds which are comprised of 6 arrows shot at each of 40, 30, and 20 yards followed by a 30 second timed round at 20 yards. When you have shot 3 Royal Rounds, on 3 different days, they become your average. At succeeding events or practices you can raise your average.

And seeing as no one could possibly hit 120 as that would be "ludicrous".

And now we are getting archers hitting 140 and higher. I have been lobbying for "Inconceivable" for 140. (And yes, that would be Lord David of Tiraine)

0-39 Novice archer
40-59 Archer
60-79 Bowman
80-99 Master bowman
100-119 Grandmaster bowman
