- This is a yearly event, occurring every June. This was a weekend camping event, but is now a single day event.
Attendance and Availability
- The Shire holds tournaments to determine the Champions for the areas of Armoured Combat, Rapier, Combat Archery, Archery, Thrown Weapons, A&S and Bardic.
- In addition there is a yearly tradition of the Ladies Frying Pan toss. For this all of the ladies line up and get a chance to throw a frying pan at a watermelon set up to look like a head. - Lionsdale Champions does not have a regular site, but instead changes every year or two.
